Connections to Landmark

The method to connect to Landmark for verification of energy assessors before the generation of XML files has been modified (since 16 January 2012).

As a consequence, activation codes will no longer be needed, i.e. energy assessors will no longer need to obtain activation codes from EPCgen.net to input them into the software in order to be able to generate XML files

IMPORTANT: Energy Assessors now MUST input their details (Name, Address, Qualifications, Trading name, etc.) correctly in the interface and not just their Assessor Number. The new verification system will not overwrite these details with information from the Register and if they are not exactly as they appear in the register, XML files will fail at lodgement stage. Energy Assessors will be able to lodge EPCs generated with iSBEM_v4.1.d or other approved software tools only, using the new EPCgen_v4.1.d module included in this release.
