Loans to improve your energy use and reduce your carbon emmissions are available from a variety of sources. 

These include:

• Carbon Trust
• Salix Finance (which provides funding for local authorities)
• a variety of energy companies. 

A low carbon consultant or low carbon energy assessor will be able to help you with feasibility work on energy savings and in applying for funding.
